Quarterly project report:

The quarterly reporting of the projects is done by submitting a project report at the end of every quarter [Mar 31, June 30, Sept 30, Dec 31].

Final report (closing report) & project outcome:

The final reporting of a project is done by submitting a closing report (including the last quarterly report) within one month after the completion of the project.
