NEW: Quarterly report Q4 2012:
The status template for Q4 2012 was adapted. Please use the following form and submit it until end of December 2012 (from December 15 on).
Final report (closing report):
The final reporting of a project is done by submitting a closing report (including the last quarterly report) within one month after the completion of the project by email and as signed hardcopy.
Additionaly to the final report a short version (one page) for a general public should be provided.

Annual report to funding agencies:
This form is not available online - it will be sent to project leaders before a project ends (for 2012 and 2013 only one form must be filled in).
The numbers are collected by the contact persons (by institution).
Al project partners: Please provide your contact person with the numbers for your project participation for 2012 and 2013 separately (by calendar year) at the end of the project.

Project description (for new projects only):
Projects are submitted by filling out a project description. The final version must be submitted by email (email@example.com) and as signed hardcopy.

Project extension description:
Project extensions are submitted by filling out a project extension description. The final version must be submitted by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and as signed hardcopy.
Project description for continuation activities (sustainability measures) in 2013:
for coordinated continuation activities in 2013 within the SUC project "Information scientifique: accès, traitement et sauvegarde".
Submit to AAA contact persons and email@example.com until August 31 2012.

Quarterly project report:
The quarterly reporting of the projects is done by submitting a project report at the end of every quarter [Mar 31, June 30, Sept 30, Dec 31] by email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
