Project description (for new projects only):
Projects are submitted by filling out a project description. The final version must be submitted by email (aaa@switch.ch) and as signed hardcopy.

Guidelines for the project reporting:
Document explaining the quarterly project reporting to SWITCH and the annual reporting to the funding agencies.

Quarterly project report:
The quarterly reporting of the projects is done by submitting a project report at the end of every quarter [Mar 31, June 30, Sept 30, Dec 31] by email (aaa@switch.ch).

Final report (closing report) & project outcome:
The final reporting of a project is done by submitting a closing report (including the last quarterly report) within one month after the completion of the project (by email and as signed hardcopy).

Additionaly a short version (one page) for a general public should be provided.
