Federation Members

Federation Members can operate a home organization and AAI-enabled web resources. However, the Federation Member status is restricted to certain organizations only.

Federation Partners

The requirements to become a Federation Partner are not as strict as for a Federation Member but a Federation Partner can only operate resources and cannot represent a user community and act as a home organization.

Is my Organization AAI-enabled?

You have an AAI-enabled account if your organisation is listed on the list of Home Organizations.

Not a member of an AAI-enabled Home Organization?

You still can get an AAI-enabled account in the Virtual Home Organization (VHO). To get an account, you typically have to ask the owner of an AAI-enabled resource you want to access.
