SWITCH Key Account Event 2006

On 1 September 2006, SWITCH Internet Domains held its third customer event for Key Accounts and Internet Service Providers. This year, once again, the event gave participants the opportunity to pool their experience and intensify their mutual business relations.
At the customer event, participants were able to hear about innovations in the field of Internet Domains. Christoph Graf, Head of Security, and Marcel Parodi, Head of the Technical Section of Internet Domains, spoke on the topics of "Security in the Internet" and "EPP (Extensible Provisioning Protocol)".
SWITCH’s partner model is characterised by services tailored exclusively to its Partners, as well as by the short information routes it provides for domain name holders. The smooth-running cooperation between the Key Account Team and SWITCH’s Partners is the reason behind the steady growth in the number of domain names administered by Partners.
Plenty of time was also left for the social side of this customer event, and those present enjoyed a sociable get-together after an evening meal to the sounds of the saxophone.
