New terms and new payment options for domain names

January 27, 2009 / Marco D'Alessandro

A new Domain Name Registration Contract is coming into force on 1 March 2009. The most important change: it will only be possible to use new domain names (for a website or e-mail, for example) after payment has been received. Existing domain names are not affected by this change.

New payment options

In the wake of this change, we are introducing the following new payment options:
the Swiss Postcard, PayPal and Diners Club and American Express credit cards.

Immediate payment options

If you need your new domain name in a hurry: pay with PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, a Swiss Postcard, or Diners Club, and it will be available straightaway.

E-banking

If you would prefer to pay by e-banking, you will find all the necessary payment information in your account, in the form of a paying-in slip.
