TERENA – Network expertise under a single "roof"

Fostering the development of Internet technology in Europe – this is what the non-profit organisation of TERENA has been working towards since it was founded in 1986.

Technology transfer
TERENA, the Trans-European Research and Education Networking Association, gives network experts and managers from all over the world the opportunity to come together and exchange know-how and ideas – be this in the context of conferences, specialist seminars or training courses for academic-network specialists.

Worldwide panel of experts
Whenever there are questions concerning networks, the "Trans-European Research and Education Networking Association" is additionally a competent contact for governments and other official authorities. In addition to this, the Trans-European Association is linked up to network organisations worldwide and thus forms an international cluster of proven network experts.
