Home Organizations
Home Organizations are universities, universities of applied sciences, university hospitals, libraries and supporting organizations that operate an Identity Provider. All Home Organizations are also Federation Members in the SWITCHaai Federation.

Web Resources
Web Resources are e-learning systems, web applications, e-journals, portals, e-shops and any other AAI-enabled systems. These Resources are operated either by Federation Members (e.g. universities) or Federation Partners (e.g. commercial companies).
Federation Members
Federation Members are those organizations that have signed the AAI Service Agreement. Being a Federation Member is a prerequisit to operate a Home Organization. For more information, see the Federation Member page.

AAI Advisory Committee
The AAI Advisory Committee represents the Federation Members and SWITCH. It acts in a purely advisory capacity as regards the management of inter-institutional AAI projects and the long-term AAI strategy.

AAI Operations Committee
This committee represents also the Federation Members and SWITCH. It acts in a purely advisory capacity as regards short-term decisions and operational or technical issues.

SWITCHaai Project Team
The SWITCHaai project team consists of six people who lead and coordinate the SWITCHaai federation, develop and operate the central SWITCHaai services, work out policies and standards and provide support and training.
