Problem Description:

During the timeframe mentioned below, the EPFL OPN access in Basel was down. From our point of view, the customer access port in Basel went down. The reason is unknown. The service has been restored successfully and is working normally again.

Today, a technician of SWITCH went to Basel to debug the customer access link. It turned out that transceiver plugin on our side was defect. With the new plugin, the link has become stable again. Closing ticket.
