Ticket Description: Router swiPS1 down

Problem Description:

Today at 3:03, the supervisor of the router swiPS1 shut down automatically due to a high temperature alarm. As the measured inlet and outlet temperature didn't change lately, we suspect a hardware fault of the supervisor. This outage leads the PSI without redundancy. The customers in Basel (Uni Basel and ETHZ BSSE) are still redundantly connected but the do have a SPOF on the backbone in Basel.

The temperature alarms were tracked to a faulty sensor. We have now disabled automatic shutdown for alerts by this sensor and thus do not expect this failure to occur anymore.

The router could be started again. All services are up. Please note that we expect the failure to reappear again. In the meantime, we are preparing the replacement hardware needed.
