Ticket Description: Balgrist Access Port down

Problem Description:

Since 21:42 today, the customer access port of the Universitätsklinik Balgrist is down. At the same time, our router indicated a power failure on one of the power feeds. We therefore suspect that the customer router went down due to this power outage. This has not been confirmed yet.

The customer confirmed that there was a power outage at their premises. All services are up and running. Closing ticket.

At 23:03, both our router as well as the customer access port came up again. No further information has been given yet. Leaving ticket open for now.

At 21:58, our router at UKB went down as well. We suspect that the UPS battery is exhausted.
