Ticket Description: Loss of connectivity on EHL primary access

Problem Description:

Traffic from/to the customer started to be dropped at 12:08 after installing a missing ACL on the customer port due to a software bug. The bug causes all traffic to be dropped even though the ACL itself is correct.

Impact: Total loss of connectivity
