Problem Description:On April 10, from 14:27 to 14:45, we lost connectivity to our site in Kaiseraugst.
During cabling work unrelated to SWITCHlan, an incorrect fiber pair was pulled out at an intermediate site due to a documentation error. The fibers were replugged as soon as the mistake was noticed.
Affected:From 2017-04-10 14:27 until 2017-04-10 14:45
Impact: no more redundancy

The reason for the temporary outage could be located at an intermediate site where cabling work was done at that time .
Litecom reports no problem was reported on their side
