Problem Description:

There is maintenance by UPC on a fiber cable between Bulle and Broc.
Unfortunately in this segment both of our fiber links to our PoP in Bulle are in the same cable.
Both links are affected at the same time and our Router swiBUL2 in Bulle will be off-line.
UPC tries to keep the time of interruption as short as possible.
All other services will not be affected - they will be rerouted to redundant paths.
