Problem Description:

SBB has to replace a fiber cable in Lugano-Paradiso. The cable was partially damaged by construction work. We expect a downtime of approximately 15 minutes in the mentioned time frame for swapping our fiber link Chiasso - Mendrisio - Lugano to a new, freshly installed cable.
