Ticket Description: swiGE2 at UniGE down

Problem Description:

Our router located at UniGE is not reachable anymore.
Access to the console is currently not possible.
Some sites and services connected to swiGE2 have lost redundancy but all traffic is rerouted to backup path.

swiGE2 is up again since 06:42.
The interfaces to UniGE, HUG and Ville-GE flapped until 07:12.
Actually everything seems to be back to normal.

The router stopped because of high temperature.
Our DWDM equipment has high temp as well.
Staff from UniGE is already in the data center.
There is a problem with air conditioning - they try to bring the temp down as fast as possible.
