UniBE network manager calls SWITCH-NOC. PIM re-enabled. All values are within normal range. Still monitoring

Decide to disable PIM during night to protect UniBE infrastructure.

Send text message to UniBE network manager, informing him about high CPU load.

Try to disable "ip pim sparse-mode" on Te1/2, RTT from decreases to normal values, but prefer to leave PIM running, maybe somebody is using multicast.

Logging in through OOB, CPU load nearly 100%. Disabling "ip sap listen" on Te1/2. CPU load decreases. Ping to UniBE access router still returns high round-trip-time (~1000 ms)
