2010-03-25 09:30-11:00
The network access to the DWDM amplifier is interrupted. A hard reset is needed. This will interrupt the 10G link Zürich - Basel - Cern for a few minutes. The CBF link CNAF-GRIDKA-LHCOPN-001 will be down for a few minutes too.
All other traffic to the sites in Basel will automatically rerouted over 1 G backup links.

In a second step optical attenuators will be inserted in the link between Basel and Delémont.
No loss of connectivity is expected. All traffic will be rerouted automatically.
