Ticket Description: Power outage in Lausanne

Problem Description:

There is a power outage at the EPFL thus our router swiEL2 is currently down as well as some of our links because our amplifier at EPFL lost its power.
Most services of EPFL are currently down, as the servers have no power.
However, backup Internet connectivity for EPFL is available via swiLS2.
Other sites have lost redundancy as well due to the amplified links failures.

The network access to the control unit of aEL2 is restored. There is a mismatch on how STP is handled between the interfaces of aEL2 and swiEL2.

Amplifiers aEL2 are not reachable by our monitoring anymore but they seem to work anyhow.
