Problem Description:Today at 16:28, the customer access port in Yverdon for the OPN link HEIG-VD - EESP went down. The reason is unknown yet.
Affected:From 2015-12-15 16:28 until 2015-12-16 10:18
Impact: Total loss of connectivity
The router has been replaced. All services are up again. Closing ticket.
EESP informed us that they powercycled our router swiESP2. Unfortunately, the router didn't boot correctly. We're currently debugging this issue.
