Ticket Description: Access Interface to HFTM down

Problem Description:

Since 04:35 tonight the access interface to HFTM in Grenchen is down.
There seems to be a problem on the customer side of the network access.
Looking into the log file of our router we see flapping of the interface the last few days for a minute or so - typically around 04:00.

The customer access port came back up again. The reason for the outage at the customer side is still unknown. All services restored. Closing ticket.
