Problem Description:

Since today at 16:36, the customer access port of HFTM is down. The reason therefore is unknown. Our side seems to be OK, so we suspect an issue on the customer access equipment.

Impact: Total loss of connectivity

HFTM fixed their side of the access link. The port came up again. All services restored. Closing ticket.
