Problem Description:Only one day since setting up two new fiber links to the EHL backup location at Safehost in Gland
one link between Safehost and the station of Gland seems to be interrupted.
Safehost confirmed there was no work ongoing at the time of interruption.
We will now investigate with UPC.
Since only the backup access for EHL is affected with one of the two (partially) redundant links this incident is classified of having no service affecting impact.

Service: network access
The patch cable was bend by the rack door near the connectors on top of the rack.
The patch cables has been replaced and rearranged.
OTDR measurement by SWITCH in the station of Gland showed no special events on the fiber. Investigation was focused on Safehost.
The first info of UPC was wrong - there was no maintenance.
Safehost excluded any work in the period of the interruption too.
UPC confirmed maintenance by yesterday afternoon.
They are investigating the problem.
