Ticket Description: Scheduled migration of equipment from Equinix ZH1 to ZH4

Problem Description:

On Thursday, December 14th 2017, starting at 18:00 we will migrate all our equipment at Equinix ZH1 to ZH4.
This will lead to an interruption of all L1/L2/L3 services at the Equinix Zurich POP during the migration.
Also there will be no more backbone redundancy for IBM and WSL.
Duration of migration is expected to be a few hours, at the latest everything should be back up in the next morning at 7:00.

Affected services that will be down during the migration:
P2P DWDM: CERN-Equinix and Community DNS-Equinix.
All AS559 public IXP peerings at Equinix Zurich and SwissIX will be down, traffic will be re-routed via other IX or transits.
All AS559 private peerings at Equinix Zurich will be down.
SCION uplink at Equinix will be down.
Google private peering will be down.
Cloudsigma private peering will be down.
Telia and Swisscom transit will be down.
