Problem Description:

Euresearch performed maintenance on their IT systems this afternoon. The required power interruption lead to the on-site router swiEUR1.switch.ch and the Euresearch LAN becoming unreachable from the outside.

From 2008-08-20 16:33 until 2008-08-20 17:23 Impact: Total loss of connectivity

During the interruption, we have learned that this was a planned procedure. Since the router came up near the end of the planned timeframe, we assume that maintenance has finished as planned.
