Ticket Description: Interruption of both links to EHL

Problem Description:

There was a brief (less than five minutes) interruption of both fibre-optic connections between our router swiEHL2.switch.ch at Ecole Hotelière de Lausanne and the rest of the SWITCH backbone. There is no indication of problems on any router terminating the two links, so a problem on the fibers has to be assumed. However, all involved fiber providers (EPFL, VD, SIL, EHL) claim that no cable work was performed in that period. We are unable to make additional inquiries. Ticket closed although the problem could not be localized exactly.
