Analyzed the OSPFv3 problems in detail. We have now collected enough information to produce a meaningful bug report for Cisco.

Reestablished OSPFv3 adjacencies by restarting them in various different ways, with the goals to find (a) the minimal-invasive way to do so, and (b) ways to reproduce the symptom.

Router comes up by default. Routing status quickly reverts to the state before the crash, with the exception of most OSPFv3 (IPv6-only routing protocol) adjacencies, which failed to come up. As a side effect, this caused high CPU usage. High CPU usage didn't have any impact on traffic through the router, but caused a few warning messages due to timeouts in our management systems.

Router crashed due to "possible software fault".
