Ticket Description: Possible instability within the SWITCHlan backbone

Problem Description:

We are observing lots of flaps on the internal routing protocols. This might affect production traffic for all customers, in particular in western Switzerland. The problem affected a route reflector in Lausanne and a border router in Geneva. They have been reloaded. The reason is unknown and is beeing investigated.

Customers reports and analysis of monitoring data also showed an interruption of the IPv6 connectivity. This problem has been identified and fixed.

We sincerely appologize for the inconvenience this event has caused.

The flaps affected the western part of the backbone (Lausanne-Geneva).

Different actions have been taken to solve the problem. One border router has been isolated. Since 16:30 the network is stable again.
