Problem Description:

The primary access router of HLI is broken since 29.05.2007 09:17
All traffic is rerouted automatically via the redundant access connected to LI2.

From 2007-05-29 09:17 until 2007-05-30 13:55
Impact: no more redundancy

HLI reports a hardware failure of their access router.
It will be replaced ASAP.

2007-05-30 07:40
SWITCH informed HLI about the interface to the HLI access router being down.
