ICT Law Working Group: valuable assistance with opinion forming!

The many legal questions we receive from the university world show us that there is a great need for clarification in the legal sector – and particularly in respect of information technology and telecommunications issues (ICT). This is why we have set up a working group to look into these matters.

Interaction called for
The ICT Law WG offers the legal advisors and legal staff of the different organisations an opportunity to keep in contact with each other and to pool their experience and acquire information. Each participant can provide their own input – whether in the form of lectures, discussion contributions or questions.

Varied and informative
The ICT issues that feature at the forefront here are highly varied and are determined by the current position and interests of the participants. Focal points to date have included research cooperation contracts and the question as to how far the Universities are subject to obligations in respect of copyright.
