Community Service Hub

The Community Service Hub is part of our vision for the collective design and open distribution of digital solutions to strengthen teaching and research in Switzerland.

SWITCH is the platform mediator, benefiting all stakeholders in a variety of ways.

There are three groups of stakeholders:

  • Digital solutions providers:
    This stakeholder group comprises commercial providers as well as solutions providers coming directly from universities.
  • Partners:
    The term ‘partner’ refers to universities that source their services via the Community Service Hub.
  • End users:
    These end users are the people who actually apply the individual solutions within the universities participating in the Community Service Hub.
