Ticket Description: HFTM - customer access port flaps during the night

Problem Description:

We noticed that every night around 04:00 the customer access port of HFTM starts flapping several times. The reason is unknown to us:

HFTM informed us that they need reboot the access device every night due to a software issue that has not been resolved yet. They've already planned to improve their access setup in order to resolve this issue.
