Ticket Description: Scheduled upgrade of HTW access to a redundant connection

Problem Description:

On Monday, September 5th 2016, the Internet access of HTW Chur will be upgraded to a redundant connection setup between 19:00 and 20:00.

During the upgrade, no internet access will be available at HTW Chur.

We've just discovered that swiCR2 needs to be reloaded to a newer firmware since one of the 10G access ports is stuck in non-forwarding mode.
During the reload the P2P link NTB-HTWCHUR will be interrupted. Outage duration for NTB is estimated at 20 minutes between 19:00 and 20:00.
