|Ticket Description:||Unexpected reboot swiGLA1|
Problem Description:The software of our router swiGLA1 crashed and caused the device to reboot.
For the time of the reboot the secondary access of EHL was down, so there was no more redundancy.
We currently have no indication of what exactly caused the crash but we're closely monitoring the device for further problems.
Affected:From 2018-02-07 13:39 until 2018-02-07 13:56
Impact: no more redundancy
Service: network access
Closing case, router has been running stable for the past week.
Impact corrected, removed Sommet-GL and added EHL.
Sommet-GL was not impacted.
