Problem Description:We lost contact to our DWDMlight node in Manno at about 16:40. We assume a problem with the unit's controller module, as all the amplifiers continue to work perfectly. We decided not to intervene on Friday afternoon, but to postpone any actions to Monday. Sunrise is checking with the hardware vendor about the best (and least intrusive) procedure to recover.
A new controller module was sent to Manno and yesterday successfully installed by CSCS staff.
