Problem Description:
Vaud Telecom informs us about an emergency maintenance on their fiber cable near Villars-Ste-Croix, scheduled for tonight August 19, 2009, starting at 18:00. A splicing box with several hundred fibers needs to be replaced which will take several hours. During the maintenance, EHL will experience a total loss of connectivity, as a redundant fiber path is not yet available.Affected:
