Problem Description:

As a preparation for the upcoming migration to ALPSTEIN we need to make some minor modifications on the optical layout between Neuch√Ętel and Yverdon.
This will interrupt the optical link between swiNE1 and swiYV2 and leave HEIG-VD without redundancy.
However, all traffic will be rerouted over alternate paths. No outage is expected for any service.
