Ticket Description: interruption of P2P link UniBE - Jungfraujoch

Problem Description:

The P2P link between UniBE and Jungfraujoch is down.
The physical port of the endpoint on our router swijfj2 is down.
The router swijfj2 and the backbone links are working normal.

From 2016-11-11 05:08 until 08:55
Impact: Total loss of connectivity
Service: P2P/OPN

The problems with the UniBE switch at JFJ have started to reoccur. The connectivity might continue to fail until the device has been replaced.

The switch of UniBE at JFJ has been power cycled.
This solved the problem - everything is back to normal.

UniBE informed about the interruption.
They will ask their contact at JFJ to check their switch.
