Problem Description:Since 7:33 and 9:16 respectively, both BGP sessions with Sommet in Clarens and Bulle are down (State ACTIVE). The interfaces are up though. The reason therefore is unknown. We suspect a misconfiguration on the customer routers.
Affected:From 2017-09-17 09:16 until 2017-09-17 13:56
Impact: Total loss of connectivity
Service: network access
A Problem with the Firewall has been fixed by Sommet.
Everything is back to normal.
Both BGP sessions came back up again at 13:56. Waiting for feedback from Sommet regarding the reason.
