Problem Description:

Due to security and bug fixes we will upgrade the software of our routers swiWSL1, swiWSL2 on Thursday, May 3rd between 6:00 and 7:00. This will be done sequentially for swiWSL1 and swiWSL2 and will take around 20 minutes per router.
IP and OPN access (WSL-SLF) of WSL should continue to operate normally due to redundancy.
No outage is expected.

However the EoMPLS connection of WSL to WSL Cadenazzo will be interrupted as this is a non-redundant connection on swiWSL2. To keep interruption as short as possible, swiCAW2 and swiWSL2 will be upgraded at the same time. An outage of 20 minutes is expected.

The time window between 6:00 and 7:00 has been selected as appropriate as traffic is usually lowest. If you'd prefer another time window during the day, please let us know so we can adjust.
