Problem Description:

We will upgrade the memory of our router swiFR1 to allow the use of new firmware.
The procedure will take around 15 minutes and thus the router will be unavailable during that time.
However, Internet traffic from UNIFR will be re-routed through swiFR2, so no interruption is expected.

From 2007-12-12 15:30 until 2007-12-12 16:30
Impact: no more redundancy

All connections are back up again.

Router is powered down, CPU card removed,
memories exchanged, CPU card inserted and router powered up again.

primary BGP session is shutdown. traffic is now flowing via FR2.
