Problem Description:Since this morning, AS20773 is unreachable for SWITCH customers.
This includes the following networks:
18.104.22.168/19, 22.214.171.124/24, 126.96.36.199/19, 188.8.131.52/23, 184.108.40.206/22, 220.127.116.11/18, 18.104.22.168/17, 22.214.171.124/20, 126.96.36.199/21, 188.8.131.52/17, 184.108.40.206/20, 220.127.116.11/21
It seems that traffic from and to these addresses is currently lost somewhere within the global crossing (GBLX) network.
We have opened a ticket with GBLX to have a look at this issue.
The issue seems to be resolved.
We have not received confirmation from GBLX yet but
traffic to and from AS20773 is flowing again.
Investigations indicate that the problem is within the GBLX network. All traffic from and to AS20773 seems to be affected.
The issue is confirmed to the customer and being investigated.
Customer complains about connectivity issues to hosteurope.de.
The issue is investigated internally.
