Ticket Description: University of Geneva was unreachable from 01:30 to 08:30 today

Problem Description:

After a software upgrade of the access routers GE1 and GE2 around 1:30 this morning it seems that University of Geneva lost the default route and thus had no exit for its internet traffic. After a manual intervention at around 8:30 traffic is flowing normally again.

From 2008-05-05 01:30 until 2008-05-05 08:30
Impact: Total loss of connectivity
