The Computer Emergency and Response Team (CERT) is a key contact point for IT services in the university world. It is here that all the issues relating to IT security are dealt with – whether they be due to system failures caused by virus attacks, acute security gaps in applications or enquiries regarding individual protection measures for computer systems. Together with our customers, we wish to ensure that the impact of disturbances is kept as low as possible.
