LDAP Schema Files for OpenLDAP and Active Directory

We provide the schema files to add the attributes and object classes of the eduPerson and swissEduPerson schemas to an OpenLDAP directory or an Active Directory.

To support all attributes available in the Switch edu-ID Federation, you need to import both schemas, eduPerson and swissEduPerson.

eduPerson

Within Switch edu-ID, we use only a subset of the attributes part of the eduPerson specification.

Within Switch edu-ID, attributes specific to Switzerland are defined in the swissEduPerson specification.
