• Extended the ToU configuration example with a new .html property to be able to fix minor text changes without re-enforcing ToU approval by all users.

• Configure attribute ordering with the AttributeDisplayOrder list instead of the whitelist
• Documented the fix in IdPv3.2.1 that no longer requires blacklisted attributes to also be whitelisted
