Ticket Description: Router swiBE1 is unreachable

Problem Description:

Since last night at 00:58, our backbone router swiBE1 in Bern has been unreachable. The reason is unknown. We're trying to reach someone from UniBE.

The faulty hardware component (supervisor engine) has been replaced. The router swiBE1 is back online. All services are restored. Closing ticket.

We implemented a workaround for ETH-Rat. The OPN service between ETHZ and ETH-Rat is back online.

The UniBE confirmed that there has been no power interruption. We therefore suspect an issue with our router swiBE1.
