Problem Description:Today at 13:49, our router swiUKB1 lost one power feed and the customer access port went down. We suspect the customer access router to be down as well.

Impact: Total loss of connectivity

All services have been stable for a day. Closing ticket.
Both, the power feed as well as the customer access port were restored until 14:06. All services are up again. The reason for the outage is still unknown.
