Problem Description:Tonight, the PSI primary access port on swiPS1 was down for about 15 minutes. The reason is unknown to us. We suspect an outage on the customer access device. The port came up again. All services are restored and working normally.

Impact: no more redundancy

The customer confirmed that there was an hardware issue on their side. Closing ticket.
