Problem Description:

We lost connectivity to the site EHL. As we have two completely different communication links and two independent routers on site, we suspect a power problem (unconfirmed).

The router swiEHL1 has been successfully replaced with newer hardware. All services have been restored.

EHL confirmed that the router ehl1 is powered normally. But the router is stuck in rommon and crashes during startup. We suspect a hardware fault and will replace the router. EHL prefers to replace the router on Tuesday, 20 September 2016 as Monday is a public holiday.
