Problem Description:A major software upgrade of our optical equipment is planned between 27.11 and 01.12.
The upgrade is gradual, split into 3-4 days and closely monitored.
Please note that we expect no impact on any services during this upgrade and please inform us if you see any unexpected network behavior.
All network elements and management systems have been successfully upgraded.
After a small ROADM incident (Ticket 20171127_2) the upgrade procedure was halted. The issue seems to be resolved. We will proceed further with the upgrades soon.
