Problem Description:

This morning at 9:00 the link between our routers swiYV1 and swiYV2 went down.
We're currently suspecting a fiber break.
All traffic will be re-routed automatically.
There is no customer impact and redundancy for HEIG-VD is still provided.

The fiber provider confirms a mistake during planned work at Y-Parc, affecting more than just SWITCH's fibers. All fibers are expected to be correctly spliced until mid-afternoon of January 17.
